Film metadata (titles, posters, cast, crew) is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) via their API. This data is provided under TMDB's terms and is not owned by Reel Gradr. Reel Gradr is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
You may delete your account at any time from the profile settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our servers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or otherwise harm the service or its users.
Reel Gradr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reel Gradr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
